Simenkontra is a medicinal leaf. In Haiti it's used for various ailments including diabetes, indigestion, and parasitic diseases such as worms. It's taken orally in the form of tea.

How often can you take the tea and how many leaves can be put in the pot for boiljng
ReplyDeleteI like to take it in the morning and I add water to leaves and drink it all day. You can do it about tree times a week.
