how to say "my prayers are with you"

You know, Haitians would say "I'm praying for you." instead or "My prayers are with you". They would also say "Go with prayers." or "Go with God".

My prayers are with you.
Se pou lapriyè mwen rete/ale avè w.

I'm praying for you.
M'ap lapriyè pou ou.

Go with God/prayers/peace.
