    It's a SWEAR phrase.

    “Ti sourit!” (little mouse)
    “Plètil!” (yes?)
    “Sa w ap manje?” (what are you eating?)
    “Grenn pwa!” (a bean)
    “Ban m ti kal!” (give me some)
    “Jamè!” (never)
    “Fè sèman!” (can you swear)
    “Vyèj pete kouraj mwen, doupendoup!” (May the Virgin break my courage, doupendoup!)
