What does the word "kalanber" mean, I might have spelled it wrong, thanks!

It’s kalanbè -  smegma, sebum

Haitian sometimes curse you out and they say Kalanbè! Or Kalanbè manman w! meaning  “you are something revolting or disgusting”.
