li gentan monte

li is haitian Creole for he/she/it. So, Li gentan monte means:

it went up already,
she went up already, or
he went up already.

  2. The Creole spelling may not have been captured well.
    Perhaps you mean:
Se li sèl moun mwen konfye ladan.
He/she's the only one in whom I trust.

  4. "lasi" in Creole is actually "wax", "candle wax", or "eye booger".

Is it possible that the Creole is miswritten? Let me know :)

  5. Or... Unless it was written as such:

"La, si li sèl moun mmwen konfye ladan..."
There, if he/she the only one in whom I trust..."

  6. it was written as lasi li sèl moun mmwen konfye adan and not by a native so hence most likely miswritten! Thanks so much .
