I don’t know if I am writing it correctly but what does “maggy se karamèl” means?

Hmmm... that would depend on who or what 'maggy' is.
Looks like 'maggy' could be the name of a person.

    In that case they are referring to the seasoning product 'maggi' which very much looks like a piece of caramel candy.
