"Kè m se An Ayiti" or "Kè m se nan Ayiti"? which is better?

Neither, if this is meant to translate My heart is in Haiti.

My heart is in Haiti.
Kè mwen Ayiti.     or
Kè m Ayiti.    or
Kè m se Ayiti li ye.

Demaske w sou mwen (translate please)

Not such a nice thing to say to someone.

Demaske → unmask

Demaske w sou mwen.
literally: Unmask yourself from me.
meaning: Get out of my face.

Mwen bezwen demaske li sou mwen.
literally:  I need to unmask him/her from me.
meaning: I need to get rid of him/her.

Demaske w la!
literally: Unmask yourself from here!
meaning:  Get lost!

vouzan

Someone must have been pissed at you ☺
vouzan (From the French "Allez vous-en!") → Go to hell.

This expression actually means: "Go away!"
In Haiti, you will hear:
Ale w vouzan!
Ale w laba!
Vouzan pou ou!
Laba pou ou!
Vouzan!
Laba!
They all mean: Go away!, Get lost!  Go to hell! or something like that.

fout?

It is a cuss word. It's compared to: darn! danm! crap! holy cow! and more. Take your pick.

Fout! is also used within a sentence to show frustration, anger, and pure disdain.
Example:
Mwen fout di ou non!
I cuss word tell you no!

Sòti deyò fout!
Get cuss word out!

Ou fout pa bon!
You are cuss word no good!
