Rechinya (also known as reshiya, reshiyè)crybaby, wimp, wuss

Li se yon ti rechiya.
Li se yon ti rechiyè.
He's a little cry baby.

L'ap fè rechiya.
He's being a crybaby.

And the verb "whine" is "rechinye", right? So, there's no verb "rechinye"? As in "sispann rechinye konsa!"

Wi, To whinefè rechinya, fè rechinyè, plenyen, babye
Why does she whine so much?
Poukisa l'ap fè rechinya konsa?
Poukisa l'ap plenyen konsa?
Poukisa l'ap babye konsa?

Wait! According to what you wrote above, "rechinye" is not a verb.
It looks like "l ap fè rechinye" is right, "l ap rechinye" is wrong. Amwe!

LOL :) Ou komik anpil!
RECHINYA can be a noun.
Use it in:
Li se yon ti rechinya.
He's a little crybaby.

Poukisa ou rechinya konsa?
Why are you such a wimp? (It's still a noun here :)

FÈ RECHINYA is the verb
Use it in:
Pa FÈ RECHINYA non!
Don't WIMP OUT!
Don't BE A CRYBABY!
Dakò?

Yes, actually, some people do use "rechiyen" as a verb, "rechinyè" as a noun.
Sometimes it's even referred to as an attribute.  Ex:  "Ala timoun rechinyè / rechinya papa!"

"Sispann rechiyen!"
or
"Sa w genyen w'ap rechiyen konsa?"
