Mandalay, help me with this one! What EXACTLY is "touye m rache m"?

I'm not sure it's a good idea to translate this literally, but it might help.

Touye rache (literally, kill  & cut up) → no matter what

Touye m rache m, m'ap regle avè w.
Whether I'm dead or cut into pieces, I'll get back at you (literally)
I'll get back at you no matter what.
