To meet (to be introduced, to make acquaintance) → rankontre, fè konesans, rekonèt ou

1.  I am delighted to meet you.
    Mwen te kontan fè konesans ou.
    Mwen te kontan rekonèt ou.

2. I'm finally going to meet Paul. (for the first time?)
    Mwen resi pral rekonèt Paul .
