Vin is a contracted form of vini
They both translate to come, to become, to arrive, come forward, etc...
The contracted form cannot be placed at the end of a sentence.
For example you'd say:

You must come.

But you CAN say:
Se pou w vin wè mwen.
or
Se pou w vini wè mwen.
You must come see me.
