I want to put this on a post card. Is it "Swete ou te isi" or "Swete ou te isi la."?

It'll be best to also add the subject pronoun in the Creole sentence.   I'm thinking it is "I" who wishes that "you" were here?

I wish you were here.
Mwen swete w te la.
