To behave - konpòte
To behave well - konpòte (pronoun) byen, or byen konpòte (pronoun)

Example:
Behave yourself - Konpòte ou byen
He is well behaved - Li konpòte li byen.
Your kids are well-behaved - Timoun ou yo konpòte yo byen.
