Is "fè tenten" = "to throw a fit" or "to tantrum"?
Yes.
Fè tenten is a broad term that includes to act out, to mess up, to screw up, to make funny faces, to clown around.
Tenten itself means idiocy, baloney, ridiculousness, crap, etc...
