"moso" and "detay", same definition?

Moso - piece, chunk, portion
detay (n.) - tidbits, nitty-gritty, detail
detaye (v.) - to spell out, to summarize, to enumerate

Ban m moso.
Give me a piece.
Give me the tidbits.
Give me the news.

Nou vann an gwo e an detay.
We do wholesale and retail.

Li te sa'k pase.  Li ban m tout detay yo.
She told me what happened.  She gave me all the details.
