mwen la map goumen fok ou ta pale ak mwen sou kek bagay la ou (in English please)

Mwen la, m'ap goumen. Fòk ou ta pale ak mwen sou kèk bagay.
I'm here, I'm fighting. You must talk to me about some things.

The ending can either be "sou kèk bagay" or "sou bagay la". It can't be both.
Also "m'ap goumen" may mean "I'm hanging in there.".
