iron metal

Iron metal →
Iron (the element) →
Ironing iron → Fè a repase, Fè pou repase, Fè, or Kawo (in Northern Haiti)
Steel → asye

It's solid.  It's made of iron.
Li solid.  Li fèt an fè.
Li solid.  Li fèt ak fè.

I take an iron pill daily because I'm anemic.
Mwen pran yon vitamin fè chak jou paske mwen fè anemi .

Bring me the iron so that I may iron your clothes.
Pote fè a pou mwen pou m ka repase (or pase) rad ou yo.
