yes.

pa vle wè → hate, can't tolerate
pa ka wè → can't tolerate, can't stand
Pa ka sipòte → can't stand, can't tolerate


Mwen pa vle wè li.
I hate him.


M pa ka wè lè w fè sa.
I hate when you do that.


Mwen pa ka wè li.
