I will appreciate the correct way to say "your mother's exquisite eyes" ......

Some attributes to translate the English word exquisite in Creole are also used to generally for the word beautiful in H. Creole:
bèl, delika, atiran, kokèt, admirab

I would translate that as:
bèl zye delika manman w
