What is the difference between souple and tanpri? When do I use each one?

Both means please.
There's not much difference.
You can use either one of them at any time in a sentence.

Souple (from the French: S'il vous plaît -If it pleases you) - Please.
Tanpri (from the French: Je t'en prie - I beg of you) - Please

Please, don't leave me! (in Creole)

Tanpri, pa kite m!  or
Silvouplè, pa kite m!

please don't do that

Please don't do that. - Tanpri pa fè sa.

what is the difference between "gen" and "genyen" & "souple" and "tanpri"

gen and genyen mean "to have".
They are used interchangeably like " I have" and "I've".

Tanpri and Souple both mean "please".
