Is "fè tenten" = "to throw a fit" or "to tantrum"?
Yes.
Fè tenten is a broad term that includes to act out, to mess up, to screw up, to make funny faces, to clown around.
Tenten itself means idiocy, baloney, ridiculousness, crap, etc...
"mele" as in "Yo mele."
mele (v.) → mix, fuse, intermingle
Yo mele.
They are entangled. (If you're talking about shoelaces or other similar things)
They are in jam.
