How would you say "I don't think so"?

I don't think so

Mwen pa kwè sa.
Mwen pa panse sa.

what do Eske m kab ede ou means

Eske m kab ede ou?

Can I help you?

i remeber you its just been a long time?

I remember you. Its just been a long time.

Mwen sonje ou.  Sa fè lontan.

Alo, eske ou satisfe oubyen pa satisfe ak yon liv?

Liv?  Ki liv?

Do you know of any good advanced level creole learning books...

I'm not too sure what 'advanced' means to you, but the most comprehensive book on learning Creole I have come across so far is Ann Pale Creole by Albert Valdman.
Send me a post if you know of other books like this.   Thanks.

You have Pran fil in the previous post. Is the same as PRAN PYE?

Pran pye → control, dominate, rule over, overshadow

Pa kite li pran pye sou ou.
Do not let him control you.

PRAN FIL

what does pede mean

pede → to continue to do a task, to persist at a task (can we say persist at?  Is it good English?)

L'ap pede pale.
He kept on talking.

Li pede anmède m.
She kept on bothering me.

Mwen pa konnen pouki l'ap pede kriye konsa.
I don't know why she keeps crying so much.

Pouki w'ap pede ban m pwoblèm konsa?
Why do you keep harrassing me?

How do you say i love cup cakes

What kind of cupcake is it?
cupcakesponmkèt, bonbon, kokonèt, bonbon siwo, gato

I love cupcake.
Mwen renmen ponmkèt.

While in Haiti, a friend was explaining to me an expression : tet chajay (full head). I think she was telling me this means you are overwhelmed. That you have a lot going on in your mind. Is this correct?

Yes.

Tèt chaje n. (expression) → problems, difficulty, obstacle, dilemma, calamity, anxiety disturbance

Bagay sa se yon tèt chaje.
This thing is a mess.

Pa pale ak fi sa.  Li se yon tèt chaje.
Do not talk to this girl.  She's trouble.

Pote tout tèt chaje ou yo nan pye lakwa a.
Bring all your worries at the foot of the cross.

Ala yon tèt chaje!
What a dilemma!

To use tèt chaje as a verb (to be burdened, to be overwhelmed), place the subject between the words tèt and chaje.

Tèt mwen chaje.
I have a lot on my mind.
I'm overwhelmed.

Tèt li chaje.
He/she is troubled.

Eske tèt ou chaje?
Are you burdened?

How do you say To be willing... ?

to be willingdispose or prepare

I'll be willing to go.
Mwen dispose pou m ale.

what's the difference between 'pran fil' and 'pran kouran'

Pran fil succeed, flourish, take off, to get the hang of, to become proficient

Li fèk koumanse bizinis la, e li gentan pran fil.
He just started the business, and it's already taken off.

Li fèk jwenn travay la, e yo gentan pwomote l kòm manadjè.  Li pran fil nèt.
He just got the job, and he's already been promoted manager.  He's flourishing.

Pran kouran to receive a jolt, to receive an electric shock, to get a sudden bolt of energy

Lè mwen te manyen manch pòt frijidè a, mwen te pran kouran.
When i touched the handle of the fridge door , I got shocked.
