How do you say sexual surrender

sexual surrender (sounds more like an expression for 'total surrender' which, to me, is a type of a 'spiritual surrender')
to surrender → abandone tèt ou, lage tèt ou
to totally surrender → abandone tèt ou, kò e nanm (abandon self, body and soul)
