Is Haitian Creole translation for "Pretty" and "Sexy" the same?

What is pretty is not necessarily sexy. ..and vice versa.

So, are we talking about a pretty hatyon bèl chapo
Or could it be a sexy hat → yon bèl chapo

Or perhaps it's a pretty house → yon kay pwòp, yon bèl kay
Question?  Is the house pretty because it's clean?  Or, would it still be pretty if it was dirty?

A pretty woman perhaps:
yon joli bebe (if she's beautiful, maybe cute too)
Yon ti zanj (if she's immaculate)
Yon fanm bwòdè (if she's well dressed, not necessary classy)
Yon fanm kokèt (if she's got style)
Yon bèl nègès (a creole beauty?)
Yon Ezili Freda (captivating, even sexy)
yon fanm byen kanpe (if she's sexy)
yon fanm dyanm (she's got it all, maybe intimidating)

A handsome guy:
Yon gason byen kanpe (he's definitely got it)
Yon gason ak tout founiti klasik li (hello! sexy..)
Yon bo gason (handsome, does not necessarily mean sexy)

I like your shape - m renmen fòm ou or m renmen fòm kò w.

If you specifically want to mean sexy, you gotta phrase it differently as follow:

ou anfòm
ou byen kanpe
or
ou sexy
all three sentences above translates "you are sexy"
but you definitely cannot say, "m renmen sexy ou la."

I said Katia mwen renmen sexy ou la. how's the spelling.

incorrect: Katia mwen renmen sexy ou la
correct: Katia mwen renmen fòm ou.

you are sexy

Ou anfòm!
Ou byen kanpe!
Ou gen fòm koka!
(Use either one of these 3 sentences if you're addressing a female person)

And, if you're adressing a male person, you'd say:
Ou byen kanpe!
