Remember the "Definite article". Most of the time the Haitian Creole Definite Article follows the Possessive Adjectives.
Please review Lesson 9 and memorize the definite articles.

How do you distinguish between "his books" and "their book?" Are they both liv li yo or could you say liv yo li to mean their books?

I sat on his books.
Mwen te chita sou liv li yo.
I like their book.
Mwen remen liv yo a.
Their books are different from ours.
