"fraz" -- Is there an easy way to distinguish between "sentence" and "phrase"? (e.g. "Fix the second phrase of the sentence.")

Haitian Creole "fraz" is a "sentence"

Haitian Creole "fraz" does not have the same definition as English "Phrase"

  2. A phrase, I believe, can be an expression, an idiom, a prose. It is a group of words, or just one word that expresses something.
A phrase does not need to be a complete sentence.
Whereas a sentence must be complete with a subject and a verb.
