monchè (from French Mon cher) → My dear, my friend, my comrade (when addressing a male person)
machè (from French Ma chère) → my dear, my friend, my comrade (when addressing a female person)
nèt, nèt ale, or nèt al kole → completely, exclusively

Men monchè... → but my dear...
