"pa gen mwayen" and "nanpwen mwayen" se menm bagay?

Wi Wi.   Se menm.

Pa gen mwayen.
Nanpwen mwayen.
There are no means.

 Pa gen mwayen pou m fè sa.

 Mwen pa gen mwayen.
