Hey mandly, can I also say MEN DWAT if I mean to say that "someone is my right hand"?

Haitians usually say bra dwat
example:
1. Li se bra dwat mwen.  Mwen pa konn sa m ta fè san li.
She's my right hand.  I don't what I would do without her.
