what is anle anle?

Do you mean anlè anlè? I'm not sure what the context is, it might mean out of breath, short of breath
Or it might mean angry (besides oneself)
I can't think of anything else.

Mwen anlè anlè tankou yon moun ki t'ap kouri.
I'm out of breath as if as was running.
