How do you express'the day after tomorrow'? jou a apre demen? or jou apre demen a?

Neither.
Just say apredemen.

1.  N'a wè apredemen.
     I'll see you the day after tomorrow.

2. N'ap rive la apredemen.
    We'll get there the day after tomorrow.
